Deepa Vallabh

Deepa Vallabh is a seasoned legal professional specializing in mergers and acquisitions, with extensive experience across notable firms. Currently serving as a Mergers and Acquisitions Partner at Hogan Lovells, Deepa has previously held prominent positions including Director of Corporate & Commercial and Head of Africa: M&A at CMS South Africa, as well as Director of Corporate and Commercial and Head of Cross Border M&A: Africa and Asia at Cliffe Dekker Hofmeyr. Additional experience includes serving as a Partner and Sector Head at Webber Wentzel and as Head of Legal at Clover South Africa. Deepa Vallabh holds a Master’s Degree (LLM - Tax) and a Bachelor’s Degree (LLB) from the University of the Witwatersrand, completed between 1997 and 2002.
