Khaled Mowad

Khaled Mowad is a Senior Associate at Hogan Lovells since July 2021, specializing in regulatory and commercial matters for academic medical centers, disease foundations, life science/biotech, and digital health companies, with an emphasis on data privacy and healthcare laws. Prior experience includes working as an Associate at Moses & Singer LLP, Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP, and Cadwalader, Wickersham & Taft LLP, where Khaled advised clients in corporate governance, securities, and regulatory compliance related to healthcare and nonprofit entities. Khaled also gained experience as a Clinical Student at Harvard Law School's Center for Health Law and Innovation and as a Legal Intern at the United States Attorney's Office. Khaled holds a J.D. from Harvard Law School and a B.A. in History and Economics from Rutgers University.
