Shona Horsfield

Shona Horsfield has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as the Head of HR - Projects at Hogan Lovells since April 2008. In this role, Shona works within the Transformation team on strategic People-led projects, collaborating with senior stakeholders to advance the People agenda. Previous positions at Hogan Lovells include leading HR projects for the UK and globally for the LAE Practice, managing a team of Business Partners, and functioning as an HR Manager. Prior to joining Hogan Lovells, Shona worked as a Senior Contract Advisor at the BBC. Shona holds a BSc in Biomedical Science from Birkbeck, University of London, and a BS in Human Life Sciences from Stellenbosch University.
