Thorsten Ashoff

Thorsten Ashoff is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in human resources management, currently serving as the HR Director for EMEA at Hogan Lovells since June 2004. In this role, Thorsten has held various positions, including Deputy HR Director, Head of HR for Continental Europe, and HR Manager for Germany. Prior to joining Hogan Lovells, Thorsten worked at GEA Group from December 1999 to May 2004, where responsibilities included Business Administration Manager and Financial Controller. Thorsten Ashoff holds a Diplom Kaufmann in Business Administration from TU Dortmund University and a Master’s Degree in People Development from the University of Kaiserslautern.
