Thierry Calmes

Thierry CALMES has a strong background in sales and management roles. Thierry started their career in 1992 as a process development engineer at Roussel Uclaf. In 1994, they joined National Starch and Chemicals, where they worked their way up to become a plant manager, overseeing a team of 110 employees. During their time there, they successfully improved safety, productivity, and reduced costs.

In 1999, CALMES joined Högänäs AB as a Sales Director, responsible for managing the French subsidiary and local agents in Turkey, South Africa, and Israel. Thierry later took on additional responsibilities, including Global Technical Support Manager for Surface Coating and Global Director of Surface Coating Market, where they focused on market development and sales support.

Thierry CALMES attended iut saint nazaire from 1987 to 1989, where they obtained a DUT in génie chimique. Thierry then went on to study at ENSIGC from 1989 to 1992, earning a degree in physique.
