Luuk Aarts

Luuk Aarts currently serves as a Board Member and Director of Operations at Hoge Raad der Nederlanden since January 2025. Previously, Luuk held various significant roles at MN from January 2016 to January 2025, including Director of Corporate Services and founder of the Innovation Lab. Luuk also acted as Program Manager for the Next Blu change program. Additional experience includes serving as a member of the Supervisory Board at Techniek Nederland Verzekeringen, Management Consultant at Accenture, Senior Manager at KPMG, Management Consultant at PwC, and Army Officer at the Ministry of Defense. Luuk holds a degree in Public Administration from Erasmus University Rotterdam and has pursued further education in various executive programs and change management courses.
