Lisan Boerrigter

Lisan Boerrigter has extensive experience in education and human resources, currently serving as a Docent en Studentcoach at Hogeschool Inholland since August 2020, focusing on communication, HRM, and strategic management/entrepreneurship. Prior to this, Lisan worked as a Talent Manager at Holland Startup, where a scalable recruitment process for young entrepreneurs was developed, and as an HR Manager at Copernica Marketing Software, establishing diverse HR processes. Additional experiences include roles at AIESEC creating internship opportunities for international talents, coaching student employees at BliXem Internet, and a communication internship at Be More. Academic credentials include a Master's degree in Corporate Communication from the University of Amsterdam, along with studies at Radboud University and Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona.
