Caroline Sipkes

Caroline Sipkes is currently a Begeleider afstudeerstudenten Technische Bedrijfskunde at Hogeschool van Amsterdam since January 2023. With extensive experience at werkgeversvereniging AWVN since 2000, Caroline has held various roles including Senior Organisatie Adviseur/Business Development and Manager Organisatie-adviesteam, where responsibilities included advising executives on aligning HR strategies with organizational structures and supporting HR in implementing processes related to evaluation and development. Prior experience includes serving as HR Program Manager at Buma/Stemra, focusing on ownership within the organization through critical HR projects. Caroline holds a Master’s degree in Management Consulting from Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam and a Master's equivalent in Human Resources Management from Tilburg University, complemented by a background in Industrial Engineering from Technische Hogeschool Eindhoven.
