Jessica Rothbart

Jessica Rothbart serves as the Director of Human Resources at The Juilliard School since October 2022, overseeing HR and Organizational Behavior for a large institution with 1,400 employees and 900 students. Jessica previously held roles as Partner at OnPoint HR, where recruitment for top HR positions was led, and as Chief Operating Officer at SEEDS, where responsibility included managing a $5M budget and implementing equitable hiring practices. Additional experience includes serving as Director of Operations and HR at The Jewish Education Project, effectively aligning employee experiences with organizational missions, and significant roles in program management and development within various non-profits. Jessica holds a BS in Communications/Advertising from Boston University and an MBA and MA in Non-Profit Management and Professional Leadership from Brandeis University.
