Koike Hess is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in founding and leading various companies since 2013. Currently serving as Founding Director at Geen Stress Amsterdam since March 2021, Koike focuses on providing sustainable and socially responsible courier services. As Founder and CEO of De Nieuwe Generatie, Koike excels in crafting brand narratives that connect organizations with their target audiences. Additionally, Koike manages Just Chili, catering to social gatherings by delivering favorite snacks and drinks. As a Guest Lecturer at Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences, Koike imparts knowledge on performance cultures in commercial organizations.
