Ellen Onkelinx is the Founder and Managing Director of master the gap®, a company specializing in negotiation, emotional intelligence, and mediation. As a certified mediator and an Emotional Intelligence & Leadership coach, Ellen Onkelinx also serves as a Qualified Mediator in Business Affairs for the Federale Bemiddelingscommissie, a Guest Lecturer at Vlerick Business School, and holds board positions with the Vlaams Audiovisueel Fonds and Wit-Gele Kruis van Vlaanderen. With extensive experience in the media and audiovisual sectors, including past roles as CEO of VOFTP and membership in various advisory committees, Ellen Onkelinx has cultivated a strong expertise in negotiation, conflict resolution, and public affairs.
