Adam Webb

Adam Webb currently serves as the General Manager of Gilt Bar, Ciccio Mio, and Doughnut Vault at Hogsalt, a position held since January 2024. Prior to this role, Adam was a Service Leader and later the General Manager at Barcocina West Town, working from March 2022 to November 2023. Adam's earlier experience includes serving as Managing Partner at The River Kitchen and Bar, where responsibilities encompassed overseeing all business aspects, hiring and firing, and managing financials from November 2018 to March 2022. Additionally, Adam held the position of Assistant General Manager at McGees Tavern and Grille from May 2017 to November 2018. Adam holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Journalism from DePaul University, earned between 2014 and 2018.
