Corinne Talan is the current Guest Services Director at HOGSALT MANAGEMENT INC. Corinne has previous experience working as a Customer Success Manager, Host, and Restaurant Manager. Corinne started their career as an intern at Paris Club Bistro & Bar and Ramen-San.

Corinne is responsible for providing excellent customer support and for the success and retention of all 150+ restaurant accounts in Illinois. Corinne led a smooth migration of the accounts off of Reserve and over to the Resy platform after company acquisition in Q4 of 2019. As part of the transition process, they performed responsibilities in Sales, Onboarding, Implementation, Account Management, and Support. Corinne manually transferred data for all Illinois restaurants from Reserve to Resy. Corinne developed expert knowledge in table management software and advised our restaurant partners how to best manage their reservations in order to achieve maximum efficiency and greatest cover counts.

Corinne Talan has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Denver in Hospitality Administration/Management. Corinne also has a certification from the Chicago Department of Public Health as a Certified Food Manager (CFM). Corinne is currently attending University College Cork and is expected to graduate in 2019.

Corinne Talan reports to Kimberly Galban, Senior Executive Service & Operations Director. They are on a team with Matt Christensen - Midwest Service Director, Kimmy Wade - NYC Service Director.
