Jim Bube

Jim Bube MS currently serves as the Wine Director at Hogsalt since June 2018, after holding the same position at Hogsalt Hospitality from July 2018 to December 2020. Previously, Jim Bube acted as General Manager at Mercantile Dining & Provision between December 2020 and June 2021, and as Central Regional Manager at Frederick Wildman & Sons from August 2017 to August 2018. Jim Bube's career in the wine industry began at Heritage Wine Cellars, Ltd., where roles included Director of Education and Sales Representative from January 2014 to August 2017 and August 2005 to August 2017, respectively. Prior experience includes working as Assistant Wine Buyer and Customer Service Manager at Fogo De Chao from June 2002 to August 2005. Education includes achieving the Advanced Sommelier certification from the Court of Master Sommeliers and a BA in Advertising, Graphic Design, and Philosophy from Winona State University.
