Matt Christensen

Matt Christensen has extensive experience in the hospitality industry, currently serving as Senior Recruiting, Training & Development Manager and Operating Partner at Hogsalt since October 2016. Prior roles at Hogsalt include Talent Acquisition & Retention, Service Director, General Manager, and Bartender. Previously, Matt spent nearly a decade at Hillstone Restaurant Group in various management and service roles. Additional experience includes serving as Executive Chef and President at MLC Productions and Kitchen Manager/Executive Sous Chef at Torch Lake Yacht and Country Club. Matt holds a B.A. in Germanic Studies, Linguistics, and International Communication from Indiana University Bloomington, complemented by education at The Ohio State University and Upper Arlington High School.
