Anne Mardon

Anne Mardon has extensive experience in customer experience and operations management. Anne is currently the Chief Operations Officer at Hohm Energy since September 2022. Prior to that, they founded and served as the CEO of myCX360, a customer experience consultancy firm. Anne has also held leadership roles in companies such as ELDO, TUMS - Total Utilities Management Services, Electronic Toll Collection (Pty) Ltd, St Gobain, and Makro, where they focused on improving customer experience and managing customer service operations.
