Brad Kremer

Brad Kremer has been working in the manufacturing industry since 1985. Brad began their career at Tri Dayton as Plant Manager in 1985. In 1995, Freudenberg-NOK purchased Tri Dayton and Kremer retained their role while training in Freudenberg-NOK systems. Brad then held roles in Account Management, Quality and Operations. Kremer was promoted to Lead Center Manager in 1995, responsible for Fluid Power Sealing operations and $45M sales for Automotive Business. Brad developed a Strategic Plan on market areas underserved in both North America and Europe. In 2004, Kremer was promoted to Division General Manager and developed a Strategic Plan which led to division growth, organically and through acquisition, from $35M to $85M. Brad was held full accountability for P&L, Finance, Engineering, Technology, Human Resources, Operations, Quality, Testing, and Continuous Improvement. In 2011, Kremer joined Select Industries Corp as Chief Operating Officer. Brad created and managed four business units in manufacturing of stamped parts for automotive transmission and interior products. Brad managed Supply Chain, Engineering, Quality and all operations of the $40M business. In 2015, Kremer became President of Hohman Plating & Mfg., LLC.

Brad Kremer attended Sinclair Community College from 1985 to 1988, where they earned an Associate of Science in Business Administration and Management, General. Brad then attended Wright State University from 1988 to 1992, where they earned a BA in Economics.
