Michael Botros

HR Manager at HOI MEA

Michael Botros has a diverse work experience in the field of payroll and HR. From 2008 to 2011, they worked as an HR personal specialist at Medstar Industrial, where they handled personnel files and leave management. Michael then joined Medstar Misr in 2011 as a Payroll Senior Specialist, responsible for preparing salaries, bonuses, and reconciling employee social insurance. Since 2016, Michael has been working at HOI MEA as the Payroll & Personal Section head, utilizing SAP HCM to process and issue employee paychecks, compute wages and deductions, and reconcile payroll discrepancies.

Michael Botros attended the Academy of Specialized Studies from 2002 to 2006, where they received a Bachelor's degree in Quality Control Technology.
