Alvaro Gómez-Pallete

Alvaro Gómez-Pallete began their work experience in 1997 as a Bank Agent at Citi. Alvaro then worked at BBVA as a Key Account Manager for Securities Services from 1998 to 2000. After that, they joined BNP Paribas Cardif and held various roles including Head of Communications Spain, HR and Communication Director Spain, and HR and Communications Director Iberia. Their time at BNP Paribas Cardif lasted from 2000 to 2017. Currently, they work as the Head of HR at Hoist Finance starting from November 2017.

Alvaro Gómez-Pallete completed their Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Universidad CEU San Pablo between 1990 and 1995. In 2002, they attended IE Business School to pursue the Marketing and Technology program. Later, in 2008 and 2009, they completed their Master's degree in HR Management from ESIC Business & Marketing School.
