Antonio Mustacchio

Antonio Mustacchio's work experience includes a variety of roles in different companies. Antonio started their career as a Production Assistant at CO.VAL.P.A. ABRUZZO, where they analyzed direct and indirect costs to calculate the full product cost. Antonio then became a Logistics Analyst at the same company, assisting the logistic director with controlling incoming and outgoing flows in the enterprise.

Antonio later worked as a Management Engineer at università degli studi dell'aquila, where they completed a degree in Management Engineering. Antonio also had a brief role as a SAP Analyst at Accenture Italia, where they worked with SAP management software, specifically focusing on inbound and outbound cargo handling.

Their next position was an IT Project Manager at DATABIZ s.r.l., where they managed projects for major banks such as Unicredit and Banca Ifis. Antonio was responsible for initiating, planning, executing, controlling, and closing projects, using Scrum_Agile technology.

Antonio then joined PRA Group, where they worked as an Information Technology Business Analyst. Their main focus was on studying and implementing new business models to improve and make the recovery process of non-performing loans more reliable.

Currently, Antonio is working at Hoist Finance as an IT Agile Business Analyst. In this role, they utilize their skills and competencies as a Business Analyst to support the Agile methodology in various countries.

Throughout their career, Antonio has gained experience in business analysis, project management, logistics, and SAP management software. Antonio has demonstrated a strong ability to meet project objectives, ensure customer satisfaction, and improve processes.

Antonio Mustacchio completed their Master's degree in Engineering/Industrial Management from Università degli Studi dell'Aquila, where they studied from 2006 to 2013. In addition to their formal education, they have obtained certifications including Agile Analysis Certification from IIBA in November 2021 and Professional Scrum Master certification from Scrum.org in May 2020.
