John Calandriello, MBA has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in finance and management. John started their career as a Management Trainee at Enterprise Rent-A-Car in 2006. John then worked as an Accounting Assistant at Mountainview Homes in 2007 and as a Financial Analyst at Meridian Credit Union in 2008. In 2009, they served as a Controller in Finance and Controlling at Sal. Oppenheim.

From 2010 to 2015, John worked at Deutsche Bank, where they held multiple roles, including Product Manager in Consumer Finance and Global Business Analyst in PBC Global Collections. In these roles, they were responsible for performance measurement, forecasting, portfolio development, cost tracking, policy creation, and project management. John also played a key role in NPL sale transactions and the integration of collections processes between Deutsche Bank and Postbank.

Since 2017, John has been working at Hoist Finance. John started as an Investment Manager in the Group Investment Team and then served as an Analytics & Insights Manager in the Group Centre of Excellence. Currently, they hold the position of Head of Portfolio Management in the Group Investment Team.

John Calandriello, MBA completed their education in a chronological order. In 2004, they attended Brock University, where they pursued an Honours BBA with a focus on Finance. John successfully completed the program in 2008. Additionally, in 2007, they briefly attended NEOMA Business School, where they further enhanced their knowledge in Finance and International Business. Later, in 2012, John enrolled in the Executive MBA program offered jointly by Durham Business School and European Business School. During this program, they specialized in Finance and International Strategy, completing their studies in 2013. Through these educational experiences, John Calandriello acquired a strong foundation in Finance and International Business, culminating in the achievement of their MBA degree.
