Malgorzata Wegier

Malgorzata Wegier has a diverse work experience in the field of risk analysis and financial management. Malgorzata started their career at Bank Zachodni WBK S.A. in 2006 as a financial analyst and later moved on to become a Basel II Specialist. In 2009, they joined Credit Agricole Bank Polska S.A. as a Financial Risk Specialist, and eventually became a Senior Financial Risk Specialist in 2013. In 2015, they joined Santander Bank Polska as a Risk Expert, and later took on the role of Manager/Product Owner of the Capital Risk Management Team. Their most recent position is as a Senior Risk and Capital Analyst at Hoist Finance, which they began in November 2019.

Malgorzata Wegier earned their Master of Science (MSc) degree in Financial Mathematics from the Wroclaw University of Science and Technology. Malgorzata attended the university from 2002 to 2007.
