Monika Filuś

Monika Filuś began their work experience in 2012 as a Pełnomocnik ds. Obsługi Klientów at AIF Kancelaria Sp. zo.o. Monika then worked as a Doradca Junior ds. Obsługi Klienta at Credit Agricole Bank Polska S.A. in 2014 before transitioning to Citi, where they served as a Doradca Bankowości Detalicznej. In 2015, they joined PKO Bank Polski as a Doradca until 2017. From 2017 to 2021, Monika held multiple roles at Santander Consumer Bank SA, starting as a Specjalista ds. Compliance and later becoming a Starszy Specjalista ds. Compliance. In 2021, they moved to PPF HASCO-LEK S.A. as a Compliance Officer and recently joined Hoist Finance as an Operational Risk Officer in 2022.

Monika Filuś started their education at the University of Wroclaw from 2011 to 2013, where they obtained a degree in Administracja publiczna (Magister). Monika then attended Państwowa Wyższa Szkoła Zawodowa im. Witelona w Legnicy, although the specific dates are unknown, where they earned a Licencjat degree in Administracja publiczna. Monika also participated in an Erasmus program at Selçuk Üniversitesi, specializing in Economics and Administrative Sciences.

Additionally, they pursued studia podyplomowe in Audyt w administracji i w przedsiębiorstwach at Wroclaw University of Economics and Business, without specifying the timeframe. Monika later returned to the University of Wroclaw to complete their education with a master's degree in Administracja publiczna.
