Bassam Daoud

Project Architect at HOK

Bassam Daoud is a Project Architect at HOK since March 2022. Previously, Bassam served as a Guest Lecturer at McGill University from 2017 to 2023 and worked as an Architect at NORR from 2016 to 2021. Early career roles include Architectural Designer at Moriyama & Teshima Architects in 2015 and Architectural Researcher at CIMS (Carleton Immersive Media Studio) from 2012 to 2014. Bassam also contributed as a Teaching Assistant at Carleton University between 2011 and 2013, focusing on computer modeling lab instruction and computational design. Bassam holds a Master of Architecture from Carleton University and Technische Universität Berlin, as well as a Bachelor of Architectural Studies from Carleton University and a Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering from the University of Ottawa, complemented by a Business Administration and Management Certificate.
