David Molinaro Aia, Ncarb, Casp

David Molinaro AIA, NCARB, CASp serves as a Senior Project Manager at Taylor Design since November 2018, where previously held the title of Project Manager. In addition, David has been an Adjunct Faculty member in the Architectural Technology Department at Orange Coast College since November 2012, teaching various courses related to design and sustainability. David also acts as a Principal at Molinaro Design, focusing on residential remodeling projects with an emphasis on energy efficiency. Previous positions include Project Manager at MJP Architecture, Design & Planning and Architectural Designer at KSP Studio Inc., along with roles in manufacturing and engineering in the luxury plumbing fixtures industry. David possesses extensive expertise in healthcare facility design, compliance analysis, and accessibility requirements. Education includes a Master of Architecture from UCLA, a Leadership in Sustainability Certificate from UCLA, and a BA in Economics from Claremont McKenna College.
