Prior to this role, Regina spent four years as a Senior Consultant at R3, where extensive global guidance was provided to marketers, enhancing agency models and optimizing marketing ecosystems for leading brands like Coca-Cola and Nike. Regina's career includes significant positions at Ogilvy, where leadership encompassed managing a USD 20 million CPG account and driving campaigns for major clients in the APAC region. Additional experience includes roles at WPP, Lowe Worldwide, and Draft Worldwide, with notable achievements in account management and project leadership. Regina holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Business from Charles Sturt University, along with an Advanced Diploma in Psychology from HELP University.
