Aileen Osborn

Aileen Osborn has over 25 years of experience in finance roles. Aileen began their career at Bugle Boy Industries, Inc as a Financial Analyst in 1994 and later became a Finance Manager, where they were responsible for developing and managing budgets, sales reporting, and initiating corrective actions. Aileen then joined QAD Inc., where they served as a Regional Finance Director/Controller, responsible for managing US GAAP accounting, SEC reporting, budgeting and planning, and creating worldwide accounting policies. Aileen was later promoted to Vice President of Finance at QAD Inc., where they were responsible for SEC and management budgets and forecast reporting, conducting financial analyses, and developing key management metrics. Aileen then joined Finance Consulting as a Director before becoming the VP of Finance at American Apparel. In their most recent role, Aileen worked at Deckers Brands as the Director of Finance Operations for the Teva brand, and later as the Senior Director of Finance Operations for HOKA and Teva.

Aileen Osborn obtained their Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Pepperdine University in the years 1987 to 1989. Following this, they pursued a Master's in Business Administration with a specialization in Finance at California Lutheran University from 1992 to 1994.
