Mateo Jaramillo is a seasoned entrepreneur and executive with extensive experience in operational leadership and strategic planning across various industries. Currently serving as Co-founder and CEO at Heru, a financial service platform for gig-economy workers in Latin America, Jaramillo aims to bridge the financial services gap for approximately 145 million independent workers. Prior to Heru, Jaramillo led driver operations for Uber in Latin America and held various leadership roles at Johnson & Johnson, focusing on production, supply planning, and quality engineering.
