Sania Kudaibergen has had a varied and successful career. Sania began their professional journey in 2008 as an M&A Summer Analyst at Citigroup. In 2009, they moved to Procter & Gamble as a Financial Analyst. In 2014, they were a Summer Consultant at Boston Consulting Group (BCG). From 2015 to 2017, they held several roles at Rocket Internet SE, including GM Kazakhstan and Talent Management Lead/HR Business Partner. In 2016, they were Head of Business Development (Interim) at StashAway. In 2018, they became VP Commercial Operations at Habito. In 2020, they were GM Mortgages at Moneybox. In 2021, they were VP Operations and People at Hokodo and a Business Coach at The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE). At Hokodo, they managed Operations (Customer Support, Payment Operations, Collections), Data and Analytics, People and Talent functions and built Operations from a few generalists to 20+ people across specialised teams. At Rocket Internet SE, they led an organisation of 300 employees and owned the P&L with $XX million revenue.

Sania Kudaibergen obtained their Master of Business Administration (MBA) from INSEAD in 2014. In 2018, they completed a Co-Active Coach program from CTI TRAINING INSTITUTE PRIVATE LIMITED. From 2005 to 2009, they obtained an MSc in Economics and Corporate Finance from the University of Cologne. In April 2022, they will obtain their Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC) from the Co-Active Training Institute and their Associate Certified Coach (ACC) from the International Coaching Federation.
