Sarah Diot - Girard

Sarah Diot-Girard is a Senior Data Scientist at PeopleDoc France. Sarah has been with the company for four years, during which time they have built an automated classification pipeline for HR documents, all formats, from scratch. Sarah has also created a POC model working on both on text and scanned documents.

In their previous position, Sarah was the lead data scientist at Hokodo, where they supervised the development of ML-compatible processes and tools, and promoted best practices around data privacy. Sarah also collaborated with other Data Science teams across the UKG group after the acquisition.

Sarah is a highly skilled data scientist with a passion for improving HR user day-to-day workflow, and reducing error rates. Sarah is also dedicated to promoting a Machine Learning culture inside the company, through demos, talks and workshops.

Sarah Diot - Girard received their engineering degree in Mécatronique from ENSTA Paris. Sarah then went on to earn their Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Robotics, Cognition, Intelligence from the Technical University of Munich.
