Jen Palmer

Jen is a partner at HolacracyOne with a background in fundraising, tech support, and customer service. She discovered her interest in marketing when she had the opportunity to make marketing materials for an animal shelter – and realized that marketing a cause you’re passionate about is less about sales, and more about changing the world. Coupled with her own frustrations at the inefficiencies of traditional management, this realization led her to HolacracyOne, where she helps bring a better way of working to organizations around the globe.

Jen is an avid reader, crocheter, and a very slow runner. She lives in Raleigh, North Carolina with her partner and two rescue dogs.
