Aurora de Gracia has extensive experience in the field of compensation and benefits, with a focus on remuneration and employee rewards. Aurora currently holds the position of Head of Compensation & Benefits at Holcim Australia & New Zealand. Prior to this, they worked as the Head of Remuneration & Benefits at Opal Group and as the Senior Manager of Remuneration & Benefits at Orora. Aurora has also held roles such as Group Reward Manager at Bunnings, Group Human Resources Manager at GPC Asia Pacific/Repco, and Remuneration & HR Services Manager at RACV. Aurora has previous experience working at Accenture, ANZ, AAMI, and Agilent Technologies/Hewlett Packard, where they specialized in global compensation, senior remuneration consulting, and total rewards management.

Aurora de Gracia holds a Bachelor of Arts degree, majoring in Behavioural Science with Magna Cum Laude Honours, from the University of Santo Tomas in Manila, Philippines. Aurora also has a Graduate Diploma in Human Resources from Monash University.
