Philippe Godin began their work experience with Bridgestone Europe in 1998, where they held the position of Senior Manager Supplier Relationships Management. During their time there, they led outsourcing, tendering, and negotiations. Philippe also served as an Order Fulfilment Manager in the region of South, where they were responsible for demand and inventory management, as well as coordinating and managing SLAs. In 2003, Philippe became the Manager of Contracts, Planning & Projects, overseeing the centralization of inventory ownership and system implementation. In 2007, they joined Bridgestone as the Order Fulfilment Region Centre Manager, before moving on to become the Customer Service & Supply Chain Director at Firestone Building Products in 2010. In this role, they designed and implemented new supply-chain and customer service processes, facilitated the transformation to a global business model, and led operations. Philippe's most recent work experience is as the Director of Business Transformation at Holcim Building Envelope, where they are responsible for executing business transformation strategies and leading core transformation projects.
Philippe Godin attended the Université catholique de Louvain from 1987 to 1991 but did not obtain a degree or study a specific field. Later, from 1994 to 1995, they pursued a License spéciale en gestion at the Solvay Brussels School of Economics and Management.
