Atl Martinez

Atl Martinez has extensive work experience in procurement and strategic sourcing. From 2005, they held various roles at Holcim, starting as the Director of Strategic Sourcing and later becoming the Company Procurement Officer (CPO) for Holcim (US), Aggregate Industries, and Energy. In this role, they managed a procurement operation team in the US and a sourcing team for Holcim US and Holcim Canada, overseeing a spend of 1.7 billion annually. In 2015, they were promoted to the Vice President and Chief Procurement Officer (CPO) for Lafargeholcim US, responsible for 2.5 billion USD of direct and indirect spend and over 500 locations in the US. Before joining Holcim, Atl worked at CEMEX as a Sourcing Manager and Commodities Manager for the EMEA region. Prior to that, they held the position of Operation Manager at Phoenix Industries from 1992 to 1998.

Atl Martinez attended Hastings College from 1988 to 1992, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree. Their field of study included Art and Physics. They also hold a certification from The Ivey Academy at Ivey Business School, known as the Senior Leaders Business School IV, obtained in the year 2022.
