Carolina Tobar Amorocho

Carolina Tobar Amorocho has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Carolina is currently the Head of Content Latam at Holcim, a position they have held since 2023. Prior to this, they worked at UBITS as the Head of Content from 2022 to 2023, where they were responsible for developing content strategies for growth marketing and leading teams. From 2017 to 2022, they worked at Ariadna Communications Group, first as the Director of Content overseeing various brand strategies and later as the Chief Editor for the company's editorial content unit. Before that, they worked as a digital writer at Uniandinos from 2016 to 2017, and as a journalist and video producer at Pulzo.com from 2015 to 2016. Carolina also gained experience as an Assistant Communications Manager at Ideamérica in 2015 and in event presentation and internal communication roles at Universidad de La Sabana from 2013 to 2015.

Carolina Tobar Amorocho has a diverse education history. In 2011, they completed their Bachelor's degree in Social Communication and Journalism from Universidad de La Sabana. In 2012, they attended a seminar at the same university focused on developing competencies in writing and oral expression. In 2015, they earned a diploma in Strategic Communication and Marketing Management from Universidad de La Sabana. In 2016, Carolina completed an international diploma in theatrical improvisation at Universidad El Bosque. In 2017, they furthered their education in improvisational theater by completing an eighth international diploma at the same university. In 2019, Carolina enrolled in Universidad Central (CO) to pursue a specialization in Digital Advertising. Additionally, they obtained a certification in Exponential Leadership from UBITS in the year 2022. Prior to their college education, Carolina graduated as an Academic Baccalaureate from Colegio Andino Deutsche Schule - Bogotá, in 2011.
