Ganapathy V has extensive work experience in various companies and industries. Their most recent role was as Vice President and Head of Global Advanced Analytics CoE at Holcim, where they drove the strategic priorities of the company's businesses across the globe, with a focus on digital transformation, advanced analytics, data science, and data engineering. Prior to that, they served as the Head of Global Advanced Analytics Center of Excellence at Holcim and Head of Business Analytics at Philips. Ganapathy also held several senior leadership positions at Philips, including Senior Director, Business Lead - Data Science and AI, and Senior Director, Head of Enterprise Analytics. Before joining Philips, Ganapathy worked at Dell as a Senior Manager in the Global Business Analytics practice, leading a team of 50 resources and providing critical business insights through data analytics. Ganapathy also worked at America Online, Ford Motor Company, Ashok Leyland, and MRF Tyres Private Limited in various roles.

Ganapathy V has a diverse education history. Ganapathy received a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Operations Management from National University. Ganapathy also obtained a Diploma in Financial Management from All India Council of Management Studies. Ganapathy holds a Bachelor of Technology degree in Mechanical Engineering from the College of Engineering Trivandrum. Additionally, they completed their pre-degree education in Maths, Physics, and Chemistry from Govt Arts College, Trivandrum.
