James Bush

James Bush is an accomplished sales and management professional with extensive experience in the construction materials industry, particularly with LafargeHolcim since July 2006. Currently serving as Territory Sales Manager for the Cement Division, James has significantly expanded Lafarge's market presence in Oregon. Previous roles include Business Excellence Manager in Canada, where James refined sales processes and trained over 350 sales staff, and Team Lead for the LH ERP Transition Project, managing integration efforts across American and Canadian sales teams. With a background in marketing and sales management, James has also contributed to industry associations, including serving as a Board Member for the Oregon Concrete & Aggregate Producers Association.
