Oksana Bocharova

Oksana Bocharova holds significant experience in strategic planning and performance management, currently serving as Head of Controlling and Performance at LafargeHolcim since October 2010, with previous roles including Market Intelligence and Strategic Planning Director and Strategy Manager. Responsibilities include conducting strategic analyses on investment projects, M&A deals valuation, competitor intelligence, and macroeconomic analysis, as well as monitoring corporate strategy and performance. Prior to LafargeHolcim, Oksana worked as a Senior Analyst in Strategy and Portfolio at TNK BP and as an Assistant Analyst at Merrill Lynch. Oksana earned a Master’s Degree in Equity Markets from the State University — Higher School of Economics.
