Paola Garavito has extensive experience in talent development and management. Paola is currently the Head of Talent LATAM at Holcim, where they lead the talent development strategy for seven countries and 9,000 employees. Prior to that, they worked as the Talent Development Lead-EMEA and LATAM at PayU, where they built and delivered the talent development strategy for 17 countries in emerging markets. Paola also held the position of Regional Head of Talent & Learning-LATAM at SoftwareONE, where they were responsible for designing and delivering the learning and development strategy for the LATAM region. Before that, they worked at Aon as the Regional Talent Manager-LATAM, where they contributed to the design and execution of the talent strategy and was responsible for talent management and succession planning. Earlier in their career, they worked as an HR Manager at LA PIELROJA and as a Recruitment Coordinator at Activos Colombia. Overall, Paola Garavito has a wealth of experience in talent development, leadership development, and talent management.
Paola Garavito received an Executive MBA from Hult International Business School in 2020. In 2013, they obtained a postgraduate degree in Organizational Development and Change Management from Universidad Externado de Colombia. Additionally, they completed a program in HR Development for Leaders at Cornell University in 2018. Paola also holds certifications in FinTech 101 from PayU (2022), STAR® Manager Practitioner from Notion - STAR® (2021), Stregthscope Certification from Strengthscope® (2021), and Hogan Assessment from Hogan Assessment Systems (2018).
