Radu Constantinescu

Radu Constantinescu is an accomplished software engineering leader with over two decades of experience in the information technology sector. Since 2012, Radu has served as the Head of Software Engineering at Holcim, following a series of progressive roles within the company including Solutions Architect and Head of Engineering for the EMEA region. Radu's career began at RCS & RDS as an IT Solutions Consultant, progressing through positions at Altec SA and Holcim Romania where leadership roles encompassed IT Manager and Customer Manager. Radu holds a degree in Applied Electronics from the Faculty of Electronics and has furthered expertise with certifications in Project Management Professional (PMP) and enterprise architecture. Training at the Radiolocation Military School for Officers culminated in the rank of Lieutenant.
