Sergio Cadavid

Sergio Cadavid is an experienced HR professional currently serving as the HR Director for the Americas Digital Center at Holcim, where responsibilities include overseeing HR functions for IT and leading teams across multiple countries. Previously, Sergio held various leadership roles, including Human & Organizational Development Director at Talento Nutresa and HR Leader for Northern Cluster at Johnson & Johnson. With a strong educational background, including an MBA from Universidad de Los Andes and a program at Babson College, Sergio has successfully implemented HR strategies, enhanced organizational culture, and managed substantial employee teams throughout a diverse career spanning over 16 years in various industries.
