Trey Poulson

Trey Poulson is an experienced operations manager with a strong background in mining and heavy industry. Currently serving as Operations Manager at LafargeHolcim since April 2020, Trey previously held the position of Superintendent at Harrison Western from October 2018 to April 2020. Trey also managed mining activities for the reality show "Gold Rush" with 316 Mining from April 2016 to April 2020. Prior to these roles, Trey accumulated over two decades of experience at Aggregate Industries, starting as Night Shift Foreman and progressing to Manager, where responsibilities included maintenance scheduling, safety training, hiring, and environmental tasks.
