Kai Schwarz

Kai Schwarz has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as Leiter Human Resources at Holcim Süddeutschland GmbH since January 2022. Prior to this role, Kai Schwarz held multiple positions at Holcim Germany from September 2007, including HR Digital, Personalleiter Region Süd, Leiter HR Controlling, Prozesse, Systeme, and Business Expert HRM. Kai Schwarz began professional training as a Dualer Student in Wirtschaftsinformatik at Baden-Wuerttemberg Cooperative State University (DHBW), culminating in a Bachelor of Science degree in 2010.
