Katarzyna Kowalik

Katarzyna Kowalik is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in both talent acquisition and psychotherapy. Currently serving as the Head of Talent Acquisition and Development at Holcim Polska since July 2016, Katarzyna leads a team focused on building a comprehensive people strategy. Prior roles at Holcim included Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding Manager, overseeing recruitment and employee engagement initiatives. In parallel, Katarzyna operates as a psychotherapist, providing individual, couple, and family therapy since 2020, with previous experience at Pracownia Terapii i Rozwoju PRATIR and the Instytut Psychiatrii i Neurologii. Educational qualifications include a postgraduate degree in Management Psychology from the SGH Warsaw School of Economics, coaching certification, and a degree in Psychology from Uniwersytet Kardynała Stefana Wyszyńskiego w Warszawie.
