Anette Platou

Anette Platou has extensive work experience in various HR roles. Starting in 2013, they worked for IKEA Group, where they held positions as an HR Specialist, HR Generalist, HR Manager, and ultimately as a Co-worker Experience Manager. In this last role, they were responsible for HR operations. Prior to their time at IKEA, Anette worked for Swissport as a Management Trainee and later as a Group Financial Accountant. In 2020, they joined Norsk Hydro as the VP People & Lead HR Business Partner.

Anette Platou completed their education at the Norwegian School of Economics (NHH), obtaining a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration in 2008 and a Master of Science degree in Strategy & International Business in 2012. Anette also attended HEC Lausanne - The Faculty of Business and Economics of the University of Lausanne for a brief period in 2007, where they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Bedriftsadministrasjon og -ledelse.
