Robert Warden

Robert Warden, Chief Financial Officer for The Villages Health (TVH), joined the team in May 2017. He is a proven senior leader in health care finance with more than 29 years of experience. Mr. Warden is responsible for leading the finance team including accounting, financial planning, revenue cycle, and data analytics.

With his expertise in working with large, multi-location health care practices, Mr. Warden collaborates with other TVH leaders on strategic initiatives, future expansion, and relationships with managed care payers. He has significant experience working with Medicare Advantage plans.

Prior to joining TVH, Mr. Warden was Chief Financial Officer for Dynamic Dental Partners Group (DDPG), a dental services organization with 34 practice locations covering multiple states.

Prior to his time at DDPG, Mr. Warden spent 15 years with JSA Healthcare Corporation (now known as Davita Medical Group) as a senior finance leader. He provided leadership for a team that managed finances for 81 primary care office locations that provided services to more than 50,000 Medicare Advantage patients.

Mr. Warden started his career with KPMG in the Tampa, Florida, office and was with the firm for approximately five years. Mr. Warden received his BS in Accounting from the University of South Florida and has been a certified public accountant for the past 28 years.
