Elizabeth Carroll is a founding partner of Holding Redlich's Canberra office, bringing over twenty years of expertise in administrative and public law. Serving as an Executive Member and Director with the Law Council of Australia since September 2020, Elizabeth has also held significant leadership roles, including Immediate Past President, President, and Vice President of the Law Society of the ACT. Prior experience includes Chief Legal Counsel at IP Australia and General Counsel and Executive Director at APVMA. Educational qualifications encompass a Master of Laws from the University of Sydney, a Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice from The Australian National University, and dual Bachelor degrees in Laws (Hons) and Arts (Hons) from The Australian National University. Elizabeth further enhanced professional skills through the Interpersonal Dynamics Program at Stanford University Graduate School of Business in 2018.
