Sandra Hall Mulrain has extensive work experience in the legal field. Sandra started their career as a Judicial Law Clerk at the Supreme Court of New Jersey, where they prepared memoranda and drafted opinions on various legal issues. Sandra then worked as an Associate at Riker Danzig Scherer Hyland & Perretti LLP, handling litigation matters, regulatory and legislative counseling, and negotiating financial agreements. Sandra later joined AT&T as a Senior Attorney, providing legal risk assessments and compliance guidance to clients in the telecommunications industry. At Verizon Wireless, they served as Corporate Counsel, negotiating commercial agreements and developing policies and procedures. As Corporate Counsel at Serta Simmons Bedding, they provided legal support for retail sales and distribution contracts and governance activities. Sandra then joined Georgia-Pacific LLC as a Senior Division Counsel, advising various teams on competition law, compliance, and ethics issues, and negotiating various agreements. Sandra later became VP, Associate General Counsel & Assistant Corporate Secretary at Southwire Company, where they led governance efforts, developed ethics and compliance programs, and served as lead counsel for acquisitions and due diligence reviews. Currently, they hold the role of EVP and General Counsel at Reliance Worldwide Corporation, overseeing the global legal function, advising the Board of Directors and management on legal and governance matters, and leading complex business transactions and litigation strategy.

Sandra Hall Mulrain completed their Bachelor of Arts degree, cum laude, with a double major in Classics and Political Science from Drew University in 1992. Following this, they pursued their Juris Doctorate degree in Law from Rutgers Law School, which they completed between 1994 and 1997.
