Amy Czarnowski Rawlins

Amy Czarnowski Rawlins is an experienced educator in the performing arts, currently serving as an IB Theatre Teacher and Musical Theatre Director at Decatur High School since 2012. With a strong background in theater and dance, Amy founded and developed the first Drama and Dance program at Chelsea High School, where Amy taught from 2001 to 2012. Additionally, Amy has extensive teaching experience at All That Jazz Dance Studio, instructing various dance styles from 2003 to 2011. Since 2004, Amy has also volunteered as a Cabin Counselor at The Hole in the Wall Gang Camp. Academic qualifications include a Master’s degree in Theater Education from Emerson College and a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Musical Theater from Shenandoah University.
