Ana Baggiano

Ana Baggiano currently serves as the Adolescent & Young Adult Director at The Hole in the Wall Gang Camp, a position held since May 2023. Previously, Ana directed programs, strategy, and impact at Boys & Girls Clubs of Albany from January 2019 to May 2023, overseeing nine Club sites and managing approximately 30 staff members. Earlier roles included Regional Director of Programs & Impact and Unit Director at the Boys & Girls Club of Central Virginia, and Program Director at both Camp Holiday Trails and Green Adventure Project. Ana's diverse experience spans environmental education, youth programming, and staff management, supported by a Bachelor of Arts degree in Cultural Anthropology from the College of Wooster.
